Students who obtain an industry certification while in high school become uniquely qualified to apply for jobs after graduation and may have an advantage over those without a certification.

All CTE students may take the WorkKeys exam, which measures workplace skills that can affect your job performance. Students who score well receive a National Career Readiness Certificate, highly valued by many employers.
