Student Record Requests

The Student Records Center is available to help you with student record requests. Please read the information below.  If you need to request records, please complete the online records request form.

** Please note all documents will be sent electronically to the email address provided unless the applicant chooses the MAIL option.

Special Notes & Instructions 

  • Make sure that you have checked the box under documents to have your information mailed. 

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Customers will receive emails from the site with comments. The email address is the one provided on the form.  If you are not seeing these emails, please check your junk/spam folders.

  • Copies of diplomas are not archived; therefore, we are unable to provide duplication. In lieu of diplomas, please request a transcript or verification of graduation (this is an email format only).
