Middle College will host and advertise College Visits throughout the fall semester of each school year. 

College visits are a great opportunity to learn about colleges and hear about special programs and highlights as well as introduce yourself to admissions representatives.

DPS is hosting a college fair at the Durham Convention Center on October 1st during the day and evening.

MCHS will be taking students on a field trip to the college fair from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. 

  • Students who don't have a DTCC course during this time that are interested in attending should submit permission forms to Mrs. Machak. There is no cost for this field trip.

  • There is a limit to the number of students, and it will be on a first-come first-serve basis with a priority for seniors to attend. 

  • Permission Forms can be picked up in Mrs. Machak's office.

  • Permission Forms are due September 20th by 4 PM

Students unable to attend during the day can attend in the evening from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

  • September 9th 3:45 - 4:15 in Building 11-103 - UNC Chapel Hill 

  • September 12th 11-12 in Building 4 lobby - High Point University

  • September 18th 3:45-4:15 in Building 4 lobby - App State University

  • October 2nd 3:45 - 4:15 in Building 4 lobby - UNC Greensboro College Rep Visit

  • October 7th 3:45-4:15 in Building 4 lobby - Salem College
