Destination Dance is an exciting annual event sponsored by Durham Public Schools, where students from schools with dance programs come together for a day of artistic expression. Throughout the day, participants have the opportunity to take three different dance classes led by talented local choreographers, exploring styles such as African, Ballet, and Contemporary dance. The event culminates in a collaborative performance, where students showcase their hard work and creativity for family and friends. It’s a day of learning, growth, and community celebration of dance!
