At Brogden Middle School, our Special Programs team—proudly known as The Bulldogs—is committed to empowering students with Autism and Intellectual and Developmental Exceptionalities (IDE) through inclusive practices, tailored supports, and boundless compassion.
The Bulldogs are more than a team—they're a family. With patience, positivity, and purpose, they foster a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every student is seen, heard, and valued. Our educators and support staff collaborate closely with families, service providers, and general education teachers to ensure each student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
What We Do
Individualized Instruction
We design learning experiences around each student’s unique strengths, needs, and interests using IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) as our guiding compass.
Communication & Life Skills
Our programs prioritize meaningful communication and daily living skills to help students build independence and confidence inside and outside of the classroom.
Behavioral & Social-Emotional Support
Through structured routines, visual supports, and evidence-based strategies, we help students navigate their world with greater ease and joy.
Inclusive Partnerships
Bulldogs work closely with general education staff to create opportunities for inclusion that benefit all learners, promoting empathy, collaboration, and belonging.
