Help

To access your student email, log in to NCEdCloud by going to my.ncedcloud.org. Once you log in, click Clever.

On your Clever dashboard, under Linked Applications, is an icon for Outlook. Click it to go to your email inbox.

Your email account will log in automatically, and you will see your inbox. From here, you can check your email and contact teachers. For a list of teacher email addresses, click here.

  • Did you forget your login information? Check with your teacher for the quickest response or contact email Mr. Wylie directly.  

  • Do you need your account reset or need to choose a new password?

    • Contact email Mr. Wylie for the quickest response. 

    • Use the Self-Service Password Reset tool. Register to use the tool, and then reset your password at the DPS Password Reset Portal. 

    • Submit a Help Desk ticket with the Durham Public Schools IT Department.
