Do you want to represent Neal Middle School and Durham Public Schools while supporting our athletic teams? Join the Pep Squad!
Philosophy
As a member of the Neal Middle School Pep Squad, you represent Neal Middle School and Durham Public Schools in everything that you do, especially when in uniform. The commitment to our program begins on the day that you try out and concludes in June of the following year. We expect that our squads conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner. Being member of the NMS Pep Squad is an honor and should be treated as such.
Purpose
To support all NMS athletic teams
To promote and uphold school spirit
To develop leadership qualities
To develop hard work and self-discipline
To perform at games, rallies, and performances with pride and a positive attitude
To assist at school and community activities when requested
To uphold high moral and ethical standards at all times, whether on or off campus
