Price Increase for Replacement Chargers
Due to significant reports of durability concerns with replacement chargers, DPS IT is no longer purchasing third-party chargers at a reduced price. Effective immediately, all DPS replacement chargers will be purchased from a warrantied factory vendor to ensure appropriate wattage and durability of wiring. Staff and students must submit a request via the respective form and complete payment of the $38 replacement fee. Once payment is confirmed, the replacement charger will be delivered to the requestor.
Student Charger Replacement
Students needing a replacement charger for a Chromebook should complete a Student Replacement Charger Request and submit payment for $38.
Staff Charger Replacement
Staff needing a replacement charger for a Lenovo laptop should complete a Staff Replacement Charger Request and submit payment for $38.
Purchasing a Charger Elsewhere
If you need a replacement charger, you can also purchase a compatible staff device charger or a compatible student device charger from a retailer like Amazon.
